MEDITATION IS A KEY ENABLER TO HEALING AND PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
Meditation creates the inner space and presence to allow the physical body to rebalance and heal, and also for the practitioner to start observing their inner patterning.
That inner patterning reveals how our life may be running off programs of beliefs, imprints, fears or perspectives that do not necessarily empower us. Through cultivating a meditation practice, we are create the inner space to identify these patterns and choose how we want to operate in life. This more discerning and expansive approach opens the doorway to the true nature of our energetic and spiritual aspects, beyond the body.
The scientific measurement of the effects of meditation and the changes in the physiology, brain structure, body chemistry, heart health mental outlook, to name a few, suggests that we are designed to engage in meditative practice. The entire system, physical, mental, emotional and energetic responds keenly to regular practice. However, despite meditation having entered the mainstream awareness as a life-enhancing practice, there still remain several misconceptions around what it is, how and when to engage and why, that put many people off the idea of it, or limit their exploration of it.
All of my courses are created to dispel these misconceptions, explain the principles and techniques in clear, accessible ways, draw from current research and science, as well as ancient source wisdom. I provide a good range of varied practices which are supported by guided meditation recordings, so that you can understand the rich choice within the world of meditation and find sets of practices that you readily take to and enjoy.

Discovery
Discovery is a unique online course that combines perspectives, meditation instruction and guidance and introspective tools to enable a shift into mindful living; from a reactive to a responsive state of being.
The course is named ‘Discovery’ as it is an introduction to the basics of meditation, within its true context, that is, to gain deeper insight into yourself, your patterned thoughts and feelings and your abilities to choose the person you want to be, and how you want to interface with life.

Heart Light
Heart Light is a meditation series that explores eight different heart-centred meditations. Each module includes a short audio lesson that explains the origins and usages of the practice along with instructional tips on how to engage, plus, a beautiful guided meditation track to help you sink deeply into the experience and incorporate the meditations into your regular practice.
All of the meditations work with the interconnectedness of life, the unified field of consciousness, the power of the human heart and the dynamics of light.

Return to calm, balance and self. This popular course combines a blend of science and latest research with accessible meditation and energy practices that vastly affect health, emotions, self-perception and how we roll in life. They cover the ‘what’, ‘why’, ‘how’ and ‘when’ foundational principles of meditation as a life-changing art.
All Levels

Dawn Dreaming
The atmosphere at the point of dawn is considered to be highly charged with Prana or Vital Life Force. It is a palpable field of energy that facilitates beautiful meditative states.
Sessions are $20 each. All proceeds will be donated to our monthly goodwill cause.
6.30am – 7.30am on Fridays. Always in a beautiful natural outdoor location in Singapore.
