Transferal of Consciousness
From the Taoist Buddhist tradition, this beautiful meditation is traditionally used to assist others who are transitioning through death. With so many dying in the world currently, I have created this version for you to connect with others around the world and assist them into peace and light. This is a powerful act of service for others.

Tonglen – Dissipation of Fear and Worry
Described by the Dalai Lama as the most powerful tantric practice on the planet, Tonglen transmutes fear through breathwork, visualisation and intention and the incredible transformative ‘engine’ of the unconditional heart.

Ball of Mudita – Giving Light
Every act of love and kindness creates what’s referred to in Buddhism as ‘Mudita’ or ‘merit’. This reservoir of Light is available for our own inner work and can be dedicated for others. And the act of dedication for others not only draws from the collective field of Mudita, but adds to it.

Indra’s Net – Sensing Interconnectedness
Based on the ancient Vedic cosmological myth of Indra, this Mythic Meditation taps the framework of Indra’s Net, enabling the practitioner to move across times and spaces and with altruistic intent, flood the Net with Light.

Tejas Mudra – Reverence for Life
Hasta or hand mudras create an energetic circuitry in the energy body. When combined with intent and breathwork practices, mudra in meditation can generate powerful emanations into our spirit, lives and the collective. Tejas Mudra opens the awareness to the true Self and raises compassion, peace and a deep reverence for all of life and the world we live in.

Ksepana Mudra – Releasing tension
Hasta or hand mudras create an energetic circuitry in the energy body. When combined with intent and breathwork practices, mudra in meditation can generate powerful emanations into our spirit, lives and the collective. Ksepana Mudra has an incredible ‘two-way’ motion; firstly to drain away tension and worries and then with an intentional polarity switch, to fill the spirit with lifeward optimism and promise.

Japa Mala – Om Mani Padme Hum
The word ‘Japa’ translates to: ‘to rotate the awareness towards’. For this practice we combine the Japa Mala with the beautiful mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, which generates, through sonic patterns, the vibration of Compassion in the heart.

Core Field – Self Realisation
Within each of us, there resides a subtle etheric field of spirit, our Core Field. The Core Field is the motherboard of all spiritual programming and potential upgrades. Through Core Field Meditation, we are able to enter our individual Core Field and flood it with our life force in certain spiritual aspects that we are seeking to cultivate. In this experience, we explore the dynamics of Self-Realisation.
