The science and technique for each meditation is covered in the audio lessons along with beautiful perspectives and journaling exercises to aid your self-enquiry.

Discovery is a unique online course that combines perspectives, meditation instruction and guidance and introspective tools to enable a shift into mindful living; from a reactive to a responsive state of being.
The course is named ‘Discovery’ as it is an introduction to the basics of meditation, within its true context, that is, to gain deeper insight into yourself, your patterned thoughts and feelings and your abilities to choose the person you want to be, and how you want to interface with life.
The entomology of words, like, ‘meditation’ always holds clues to their truth and inner nature.
The term ‘Meditation’ is derived from two Latin words: ‘meditare’ meaning to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind, and ‘mederi’ to heal. In Sanskrit language it means ‘wisdom’. In Hinduism the word for meditation is Dyhana which translates to ‘to pay attention to’.
So rather than meditation simply being a life enhancing skill, which of course it is, and is how it is commonly presented, the true meaning and purpose of Meditation is a way to change our state of consciousness and perspectives of life and ourselves, through paying attention to our inner terrain and choosing more lifeward modes of being.
